    1-month: RM 129

    6-month: RM 119 (+1 dog toy) – BEST SAVER!

    12-month: RM 119 (+1 pack of dog treats, +1 dog toy and RM50 discount coupon) – BEST VALUE!

  • You will be billed on the 1st day of each month depending on the length of your subscription. Your plan will automatically renew on the 1st of the month following the last delivery of your current plan.

    For example, if you purchased 1-month subscription in August, the plan will renew in September.

    But no worries, you can cancel the upcoming renewal anytime.

  • Pricing and Features! Our 12-month subscription has the most features which you will get one bag of dog treats, one extra toy and RM 50 discount coupon along the way! And our 6-month subscription gives you the best saver plan which won’t break your bank!

    No feature in 1-month subscription.

  • You can pay using VISA, MasterCard, Paypal.

    Any options other than above will not be accepted. Sorry pups =(

  • Sorry pups, we are unable to issue refunds, but you will definitely receive the box which you’ve already paid for. Cancelling means your subscription will not continue.

    Therefore, cancel the subscription before the 1st of the month is always recommended.

  • Delivery fee is waived at any part of West Malaysia and RM7 for East Malaysia for all the subscription plans.

  • We currently serve everywhere in Malaysia! Woof!

  • For new customers, you will receive your box to your furkid within 2-8 business day!

    If you’re already our Woofybox customer, we’ll deliver your box on the 10th of every month. Put your PUP up!

    Notes: If you place your first order after the 25th of the month, your Woofybox will be delivered on the 10th of the following month.

    And sorry to inform you that, for the box that has already paid after the 1st of the month, you won’t be able to get the refund. But no worries, you will receive the box that you paid for.

    Any changes must be made by the last day of the month, if you want them to be reflected in the following month.

  • Absolutely! When you sign up, there will be a section where you can add your allergies. We have listed a few but if there is something else your dog is allergic to, do let us know by sending to [email protected]

  • You can cancel your subscription at anytime. In order to do that, login to your account and go to the ‘subscription’. We are happy to help if you encounter any issue.

    You will still receive your Woofybox you’ve already paid for but your subscription will be discontinued.
